Rental terms and conditions for Georgetown Moonwalk Rentals and Jump Around Party Rentals.
By submitting a rental inquiry or booking a rental through Georgetown Moonwalk Rentals (georgetownmoonwalkrentals.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. All inflatable rental services are fulfilled by Jump Around Party Rentals ("Operator"), a licensed and insured party rental company based at 3616 Bass Loop, Round Rock TX 78665. Georgetown Moonwalk Rentals serves as a booking and marketing interface for Jump Around Party Rentals in the Georgetown TX and Williamson County market.
All rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement with Jump Around Party Rentals. By confirming a booking, you agree to the Operator's rental terms including payment, deposit, and use requirements. The Operator's rental agreement governs all aspects of the physical rental, setup, and use of inflatable equipment.
Rental availability is confirmed by Jump Around Party Rentals upon receipt of a deposit. Bookings are not guaranteed until a deposit is received and confirmed by the Operator. Deposit amounts and payment terms are set by Jump Around Party Rentals and communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellation terms are set by Jump Around Party Rentals and communicated at the time of booking. Georgetown Moonwalk Rentals does not independently process cancellations or refunds. All cancellation requests must be directed to Jump Around Party Rentals at the contact information provided at booking. Weather-related cancellations and rescheduling are handled at the Operator's discretion.
Inflatable rentals operate in safe weather conditions only. Jump Around Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule deliveries due to lightning, high winds (sustained winds above 25 mph), heavy rain, or other conditions deemed unsafe by the Operator. In the event of a weather cancellation, the Operator will work with you to reschedule at no penalty when possible.

All rentals are provided by Jump Around Party Rentals, who is fully licensed and insured in Williamson County and Travis County, Texas. Jump Around Party Rentals carries commercial general liability insurance appropriate for inflatable rental operations. Georgetown Moonwalk Rentals is a marketing and booking interface and does not independently operate, maintain, or insure rental equipment.
Customers assume responsibility for safe use of rented equipment during the rental period. Georgetown Moonwalk Rentals and Jump Around Party Rentals are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, failure to supervise, or violation of published safety guidelines.
Customers are responsible for damage to rental equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of these terms. Normal wear and tear is not charged to the customer. Damage assessment and charges are handled exclusively by Jump Around Party Rentals in accordance with the Operator's rental agreement.
